Terms of Service

Please read everything carefully before inquiring a commission!
Feel free to contact me if you aren't sure or have any questions.(Updated as of 01/01/2024)

★ General Guidelines ★★ Payments will be made via PayPal for international clients in USD.
Please note there will be a Paypal fee of 6.5% added to cover the charges.*Canadian clients only: I also accept payments via E-Transfer/Interac. Please be sure to set the deposit mode to automatic for faster transaction. Canadian clients can also pay via Paypal if they wish to do so. 3.5% fee will be added to cover the charges if paid via Paypal.★ First 50% deposit is required to start on commissions, final 50% must be paid in order to receive your completed artwork. You'll be given a low-res preview image first before I send out the files via email.
Clients can pay fully and/or add a tip if they wish to do so.★ Up to ~5 revisions can be made during the work process.
No further revisions can be made once the commission is fully completed. Please do not edit/alternate my artwork without my permission.★ Refunds are generally NOT accepted except under these circumstance(s):
{1.} If I have started your commission and decided to no longer be interested in continuing with your commission within my reason, you'll be given back 50% refunded.
OR
{2.} If I have NOT started on your commission within my reason, you'll be given back 100% refunded.
Otherwise all payments are final!
★ Filing a Chargeback via Paypal is strictly prohibited!
Please contact me directly if you have a concern regarding about your commission!
Attempting to do a chargeback will be permanently blacklisted and banned from working with me in the future.★ I don't generally accept deadlines and I work at my own pace, depending what type of commission I'm working on. However there will be some exceptions that I can accept deadlines.A rush fee of +40% may be added depending when you needed by.
I would need at least 2-3 weeks to work on a rush commission.However if it's cutting by 7 days before your specific deadline date, chances are I may decline your project.
Please discuss to me more about this.★While I do this as full-time, personal life and events may occur at anytime. I apologize if I haven't talked to you.
If I haven't been in touch with you in a while, please contact me at anytime and be respectful.★ I have the right to deny to your commission under any circumstances, so please don't take it too personally.★ Commissions are generally for personal use only. Posting on social media sites and streaming sites such as Twitch, Youtube, Twitter, etc. are OK as long you provide credit to me.
I do not allow my commissions to be reposted (who are not my clients) or profited as merchandise unless we made an agreement.Using my art as NFT or for generated AI is strictly prohibited!!★ For commercial usage, please contact me and we'll discuss on your project.

About Emergency Commissions

Emergency commissions are slightly different than regular commissions. Prices are higher and type of illustration is limited.

What is a PNGTuber?

A PNGTuber is a still image and/or with little movement. It's great for those who want to start off as a VTuber with a small to mid range budget in mind! Please take a look what I offer!

Note: Commerical fee is not included in prices below. There will be an extra 65% fee if you plan on commercializing in the future, whether it's for making merchandise and/or monetizing your streams.
Please let me know if you plan on commercializing in the future and I will add the commerical fee into your invoice.

Q: How long does a commission take to complete?A: It really depends on the type of commission you are requesting.
Here are the rough estimate timelines below:
Illustrations: ~2-5 weeks
PNGTuber: ~2-3 weeksQ: What's your typical commission work process?

However due to my busy schedule, I may not able to answer you back.Q: Are you a self-taught artist? Did you go to college for Art?A: Yes for both, but I'm mostly self-taught ever since I started doing art.Q: Can I repost your art on (insert social media platform)?
A: If you have commissioned me, you're allowed to repost/upload as long you provide credit of my name. For those who aren't my clients, please do not repost.
Regarding fan art I make, feel free to repost as long you provide credit.Q: Can I use your art for generated AI/NFT?
A: Absolutely not!!
You are violating my terms and I do not take this lightly.
Regardless of who you are, you'll be reported under DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act)
Q: Do you work on multiple commissions at the same time?
A:Usually I only work one commission at a time to not overwhelm myself, but I can also work up to two commissions at the same time.
It depends on what type of commission and how much time I can squeeze in.Q: I haven't gotten any updates from you for a while, can I message you?
A: I apologize for not messaging you in a while. I can get busy at times and I may forget, so yes feel free message me anytime about your commission.Q: How does Emergency Commissions work?
A: What's slighty different about this type of commission is higher pricing, limited to one client or limited slots and I ask for a full payment upfront and no refunds. This commission is also a non-priority so you must wait until it's your turn to be called, depending on the waitlist/queue.
